PAYMENT

H. H. S. & Co. ApS accept the following form of payment:

Your card will be debited once your order has been shipped. All amounts are in EUR (Euro). H. H. S. & Co. ApS use an approved payment server. All your information is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and cannot be accessed by a third party.

PRICES & VAT

All prices are listed exclusive VAT.

European VAT will be applied in the cart with your local rate.

Please note that local charges (custom duties, sales tax etc.) may be added to your order depending on region and local import regulations. The charges are at the recipient’s own expense.

Norway

We are registered under the VOEC scheme. Items sold below NOK 3000 = EUR 298,88 will be charged the applicable VAT rate on the webshop, but will not be subject to customs duties in Norway.

Items sold with a value of more than NOK 3000 = EUR 298,88 will automatically have the VAT deducted on the webshop. But will be charged with the Norwegian customs duties.

Great Britain

We have a registered EORI number. Items sold below £135 = EUR 157.74 will be charged the applicable VAT rate on the webshop, but will not be subject to customs duties in the UK.

Items sold with a value of more than £135 = EUR 157.74 will automatically have the VAT deducted on the webshop. But will be charged with the British customs duties.

FREE shipping on orders over EUR 275.00

Orders below EUR 275.00 will be charged a shipping fee of EUR 15.00

Delivery time is 2-5 days after despatch.

Sweden & Finland - Bring Shop delivery 2-4 days

During Black Friday and at Christmas time delivery can be longer than usual.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.

Please note that we do not have any control over these charges, and cannot inform you what the cost will be, as custom policies and import duties and charges vary from country to country.

The recipient takes full responsibility of all postal charges, return shipment costs, customer charges or/and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel, due to import charges and/or taxes.

Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.

RETURNING A FAULTY PRODUCT

In accordance with The Sale of Goods Act you can return a faulty product to us within 2 years of purchase, for one or more of the following reasons: Fabric fault and/or production fault. This warranty does not cover damages caused by mis-use, especially damages developed as a cause of wrong product care/washing. H. H. S. & Co. ApS will cover, within reason, the return expense of faulty product. We can also arrange for the faulty product to be picked up.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. S. N. S. HERNING is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

REFUNDS

When a refund is the agreed outcome, we will ask for your account information to process the refund.

RETURN POLICY

It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If not, feel free to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To get a full refund, please return in its original condition: you cannot use the garment(s), wash them or treat them in other ways, and please keep the signed hang tag intact.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Countries within the EU:

You must notify us if you wish to return an item no later than 14 days after receiving your purchase, and return the item within 16 days thereafter.

Just send us an email to webshop@sns-herning.com with your order number and we will email you a DHL return label that you can print and attach to the package.

The price is EUR 15.00. We will deduct the EUR 15.00 from your refund.

Non-EU countries:

We are currently not able to help with the return label for our non-EU Customers. Therefore, you can use your local postal service or a courier to send the item back to us.

We recommend using a tracked service and preferably the courier that delivered your order. Securing any refunds of import-duties and keeping the tracking information handy.

Don't forget to enclose a completed returns form with your order.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tag and/or packaging if applicable.
All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in shipping.
Please fill out the return form and make sure that the return form is enclosed with your goods.

We reserve the right to, at any time modify any relevant information, policies, terms or conditions. Please refer back to this overview for valid and updated information concerning your purchase.
